Free gift wrapping with all orders. Currently we are only able to accept orders to addresses within Singapore.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier. Graff is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond Graff’s control.
If you have ordered an engagement ring or have requested any additional service, this may take longer. Our rings are unique - please allow an additional 15 business days for the fulfilment of the order.
