By using Our Site, placing an Order, or engaging with our Diamond2 Ambassadors, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Terms of Use described herein. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not accept these Terms, you should refrain from using Our Site or purchasing Products from us.

Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- Order – A request submitted by you to purchase Products.
- Products – Jewellery and related goods offered by Diamond2.
- Contract – The legally binding agreement formed when we accept your Order.
- Diamond2 Ambassadors – Our client care team who assist with sales, enquiries, and after-sales service.

Use of Our Site
- You agree to use Our Site for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
- You must not misuse Our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, malicious code, or attempting to gain unauthorised access.
- We may suspend or terminate access without notice for any breach of these Terms.

Product Information & Availability
- While we strive to ensure the accuracy of Product descriptions, photographs, and pricing on Our Site, variations may occur due to the nature of gemstones and hand craftsmanship.
- All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or withdraw items at any time.
- We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colour will accurately reflect the colour of the Products.

Pricing, Taxes & International Orders
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable.
- For international Orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time and cancel affected Orders with a full refund.

Placing an Order & Acceptance
- Orders may be placed online, in-store, or by contacting our Diamond2 Ambassadors.
- Your Order constitutes an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs only when we send an Order confirmation or dispatch notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse any Order for reasons including stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment
- Full payment must be received before dispatch of your Order.
- We accept the following payment methods:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Bank transfers (details provided upon request)
- Other payment methods listed on Our Site at the time of purchase
- All payments must be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD). For international Orders, your card issuer or bank may apply additional charges or exchange rates, which are your responsibility.
- Payments are processed securely through authorised payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.

Delivery & Tracking
- Delivery will be made to the address specified in your Order and will require a signature upon receipt.
- We will provide tracking details once your Order has been dispatched so you can monitor its progress. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, and customs clearance procedures.
- All shipments are fully insured until signed for at the delivery address. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the Products are delivered and signed for, at which point insurance coverage ceases.
- If your delivery is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact our Diamond2 Ambassadors immediately so we can liaise with the carrier.
- We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including customs inspections or courier delays, but we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

Returns, Repairs & Exchanges
Eligibility for Returns
- Items purchased are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Repairs
- We offer complimentary repairs for manufacturing defects in Materials or Workmanship for 12 months from purchase.
- After this period, repairs (including resizing, polishing, and cleaning) are available for a fee.
Exchanges
- Items purchased are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a Product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify our Diamond2 Ambassadors within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographic evidence before arranging a return. Where possible, we will replace the item or offer a full refund, including original delivery costs

Warranties
- All Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.

Resale Restrictions
Products purchased are intended for personal use only and may not be resold without our written consent.

Intellectual Property
All designs, trademarks, content, and images on Our Site are owned by or licensed to Diamond2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit them without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transport delays.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by Singapore law.
- The Singapore courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
- We encourage amicable resolution by first contacting our Diamond2 Ambassadors.
