Are your diamonds natural or lab-grown?
We specialise exclusively in lab-grown diamonds, which are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. All of our diamonds are produced in-house in our own laboratory, allowing us complete control over quality from creation to cutting. Each stone is hand-selected and precision-cut by our in-house artisans to meet our exacting standards of beauty and brilliance.
Can I request a bespoke piece?
Absolutely. Our designers can work with you to create a unique jewel tailored to your vision. From initial sketches to final setting, we ensure your bespoke creation is one of a kind.
Do you provide diamond certification?
Yes. Each diamond above a certain carat weight is accompanied by a certificate from the International Gemological Institute (IGI), an internationally recognised authority in diamond grading. This ensures full transparency of the diamond’s quality and characteristics.
How do I know my payment is secure?
We use industry-standard encryption and authorised payment providers to ensure your details are processed safely. We do not store your payment card information.
What if my jewellery is a gift?
We offer discreet, luxurious gift packaging.
Shipping & Returns
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees, which are the
responsibility of the recipient.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the availability of the piece. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you may follow its journey.
Is my order insured during delivery?
Yes. All shipments are fully insured until they are signed for at the delivery address.
What is your returns policy?
Items purchased are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
How do I return an item?
Contact our Diamond2 Ambassadors to arrange a complimentary insured return where applicable. Once we receive and
inspect the piece, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Care & Repair
Do you offer resizing?
Yes. We provide one time complimentary resizing within 12 months of purchase. Resizing, polishing, and cleaning services are available for a fee thereafter.
How should I care for my Diamond2 jewellery?
To preserve its brilliance, store your jewellery separately in its box or pouch, avoid contact with harsh chemicals, and clean gently with a soft brush and mild soapy water. Our boutiques also offer professional cleaning.
Do you offer after-sales support?
Yes. All Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase and our Diamond2
